About the Event
How To Prepare:
- Bring a journal/notebook + pen
- Set up in a cozy, quiet space where you won't be disturbed (you can join from your bed, just know we will do some very gentle movement at the beginning)
- Gather anything that makes you feel peaceful and at ease (warm tea, candles, crystals, incense, a fuzzy blanket, etc)

Each week we will follow a similar flow of:
- Grounding practice/drop in
- Gentle movement to release tension & relax the body
- Journal prompts/time to reflect
- Yoga Nidra-style cozy meditation to help you drift off to a beautiful sleep
